The Role of This Work

The Strategy Build is the engagement for brands that need clarity before they need a build. Something exists—a product, a brand, a position in market—and it is not working, or the next move is not clear. This work establishes the truth of the situation before decisions are made.

It identifies what is actually in the way, defines the positioning platform that resolves it, and produces the go-to-market brief that makes the next move actionable. For brands with a formal innovation process, it functions as an independent gate review before the next phase commitment is made.

It is a standalone engagement and the natural entry point into a Product Build or Brand Build.
